Coca Cola Cake by Holly

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup coke
½ cup buttermilk
2 eggs well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Frosting:
1 stick butter
2 tablespoon Coke
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar, flour and soda. In saucepan heat Coke, cocoa and butter (boil one minute). Pour boiled mixture over the flour mixture; add beaten eggs, marshmallows and buttermilk. Bake at 350° (13x9 pan) for about 45 min or until done.
Frosting: Heat all of above, add 1 box of powdered sugar and 2 cups chopped pecans. Frost while cake is hot.
